With your patient portal, you have secure, convenient online access to your medical care team and your personal health and billing information.
During check-in for your next provider visit, ask to have a patient portal account created. Then, when you receive the confirmation email, follow the link to complete the sign-up process. Patients can also call our offices to request the confirmation email.
