ACRMC seeks Proposals for the Construction of a Mobile Medical Unit

The Adams County Regional Medical Center (ACRMC) is soliciting sealed proposals for constructing a new 37-foot Mobile Health Unit. The project is funded through the Appalachian Community Grant Program and must comply with all applicable state procurement regulations.

Sealed Bid Opening: October 22, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at the Adams County Regional Medical Center, 230 Medical Center Drive, Seaman, OH 45679.

Project Description: The Mobile Health Unit will include two medical exam rooms, a laboratory area, a restroom, and necessary medical and communications equipment. It must meet all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).

Submission Requirements: Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Mobile Health Unit Proposal” and received by ACRMC no later than October 22, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be considered. ACRMC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Medical Center.
