Adams County Regional Medical Center is accredited by
The Joint Commission. Accreditation means that Adams
County Regional Medical Center has demonstrated compliance
with organizational, patient care and safety standards set
forth by The Joint Commission. Adams County Regional Medical
Center has set standards to continuously improve performance,
provide the highest quality of patient care and to ensure our
patients are treated in a safe environment.
Adams County Regional Medical Center views the intensive
survey process by The Joint Commission as part of our effort to
provide the highest standard of care. We use this opportunity to
have key processes validated and welcome recommendations for

If you have a concern or complaint about patient care or safety,
we encourage you to ask to speak to the department manager.
When a complaint cannot be responded to promptly by the person
initially contacted, or to the concerned parties’ satisfaction,
you may choose to contact Public Relations at 937-386-3002.
The Public Relations staff will work in partnership with the
department manager and Adams County Regional Medical Center staff
to resolve the patient and/or visitor problem or complaint promptly.
If you do not feel like your concern can be resolved through
Adams County Regional Medical Center, please contact The Joint
