Adams County Regional Medical Center, Adams County Health Department, Adams County Children Services, Adams County Emergency Services, Adams County Job and Family Services, Adams County Medical Foundation, Manchester Local School and Ohio Valley Schools have joined together to offer 4 Kid's Health Fairs.  The health fairs are for kids, ages 3 to 18, and one health fair will be held at each county high school.

The Health Fairs will be held from 3pm to 6pm each day at the following locations:

Monday, July 30th--Manchester High School

Thursday, August 2nd--West Union High School

Monday, August 6th--North Adams High School

Thursday, August 9th--Peebles High School

Blood pressure screening, height, weight, vision and scoliosis screening will be performed free of charge.

The health department will be offering immunizations for $15.00 each.  If your child is only getting immunizations and does not wish to receive the free health screening and the gift card or voucher, you do not have to wait in line but can go directly to the Health Department table.

All children must complete health screening and income verification before being eligible to receive a $20.00 school supply gift card.  Children are eligible to receive only one card each.

Parent or guardian must accompany children on the day of the health screening at the health fair.

School Supply Applications are available at Adams County Regional Medical Center, Adams County Health Department, Adams County Job and Family Services and local physician offices.  PRE-REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.  The School Supply Applications must be returned to Adams County Job & Family Services.

Students may attend any health fair location, regardless of where they attend school, but may attend only one health fair and will receive only one school supply gift card or voucher.
