The Adams County Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees’ would like to announce that Ms. Saundra Stevens has been named Chief Executive Officer at Adams County Regional Medical Center. 

Ms. Stevens has been an employee of Adams County Regional Medical Center for over 35 years.  She has held several positions at ACRMC, including staff RN, Safety Officer, Risk Manager, Chief Nursing Officer and Emergency Department Manager.

Area Hospitals to Begin Restricting Visitation Precautionary Measure Implemented to Limit Spread of Respiratory Illnesses, Including H1N1 

Prompted by the presence of the H1N1 virus and an increase in flu-like illnesses throughout the Tristate, many Greater Cincinnati hospitals are beginning visitor restrictions effective September 21.

Adams County Regional Medical Center (ACRMC) is a critical access facility.  We serve a full range of health care needs for our medical, surgical and pediatric patients.  A new replacement facility opened on August 6, 2007.  ACRMC provides 25 private in-patient rooms. The remaining rooms include: ·       Five-room Inpatient Hospice Suite

·       Sleep Studies Center

·       Outpatient IV Therapy Suite

·       Outpatient Observation Unit.

Our modern Emergency Department has 14 private rooms, equipped with TV’s and telephones.  The Emergency Department has 24 hour access to the Imaging, Laboratory and Cardio Pulmonary departments.

A state-of-the-art Surgical Suite includes:

·       two large operating suites

·       one endoscopy suite

·       one large same-day surgery suite.

 

ACRMC is affiliated with The Christ Hospital.

 

ACRMC is accredited or certified by:

· The Joint Commission

· The College of Academic Pathologists

· FDA Mammography Center

· Nuclear Regulatory Commission

 


ACRMC is also an American Heart Association Training Center.
